38 Apparently Larry King was threatened with extortion by someone in 1988. New FBI vault addition (vault.fbi.gov) posted 2 years ago by GetsTheNogginJoggin 2 years ago by GetsTheNogginJoggin +38 / -0 22 comments share 22 comments share save hide report block hide replies
Boys' Club!
Probably one of his 8 ex-wives looking for alimony.
Wonder if Larry had red shoes?
It’s probably only coming out now because he’s dead.
To me, the most important part is that they’re still redacting the name of whoever this woman he met up with was and the person who threatened him.
I am wondering if the extortion threat—which was reported to the CNN execs before the police—has to do with our current blackmail situation.
If you’re so sure of yourself, why do you think it’s being declassified now?
I did. You didn’t like it, and decided to be rude about it.
Your time to pony up, cowboy.

Ahhh, yes. I’m sure that’s why they redacted the age of a witness interviewed in relation to the Bill Clinton and Marc Elias pardon case.
Totally not because that witness was a minor. Just an accident the others listed in the files were completely fine with sharing their age.
I’m using the Marc Elias files as an example that a) they don’t redact all names and b) they don’t redact all identifying information.
Forest for trees.
