What proof is there that FoxNews is controlled by DeepState?

I was just arguing with a normie conservative friend. She is convinced FoxNews is truly conservative and is a genuine fountain of truths.

She was getting upset saying "Have you ever listened to Hannity, Ingraham, or Tucker Carlson? They are extremely extremely excellent and speak the truth."

My opinion is FoxNews is controlled opposition. Does anyone have any FoxNews facts for me?

In a typical 12 hour news cycle, it’s about 40% truth and 60% bullshit. And I’m being generous.
