I assume that China don't have the wait time for building inspections like we do in the states. If they did the inspections, they must have had a few hundred inspectors and engineers at each site at all times.

There are records that are finally coming out that show China knew of the virus leak in the first part of Oct 2019. Right before the Military games that were held in Wuhan
