Unless Biden is already dead, we've been watching an actor, and this is just how he's stepping off the stage.
I think he’s an actor, and I think this way of making him exit stage left is very fitting. However, he has apparently now resumed his duties, so that’s not the way he’s exiting the stage I guess.
Oh, well. Maybe they want it to be more dramatic.
