Tyson foods has always had a hard time hiring an retaining workers, basically because its a very labor-intensive job, and workers only have about a 5 year timespan before their hands, wrists, shoulders, etc give out, and the company finds a reason to fire them before the medical expenses roll in.
Strange that Tyson was one of the very first companies to mandate vaccines?
Now Tyson has billboards up around town, begging for workers. Tyson even sent a flyer to my house via the US mail. Tyson is offering a HUGE signing bonus, but the number of workers they are shorthanded tells me that their operations are dysfunctional, perhaps to the point of running skeleton crews on back shifts.
