I've seen complaints about how they've taken control of images they don't actually own. I don't know how easy it would be to prove - it's like knowing the Clinton syndicate has taken control over most of the country in the mid 1990s, because of all the circumstantial evidence, but any proof that turns up is quickly dealt with.
