With a wide enough network and the known proclivities of doctors she compromised at least half of the higher ups.

She would have become adept at spotting the admin types that go on to be hospital CEOs and presidents. They then wind up at the top of the food chain with a little help from her friends. Nice network ya got there. Be a shame if something happened to it.
