As for the volume of reports, in the 2 ½ months following EUA, Pfizer received a total of 42,086 reports containing 158,893 “events.”
If I recall, VAERS was around 1500ish reported events around that time. This would support the 1:100 ratio of reported events to what makes it into VAERS.
Which is currently at 1,742,448 "reported" events with 27,951 total "reported" deaths. (18,852 specifically covid vaccine related)
So we can expect that to mean 174.2 million estimated events of which 1.9 million are vaccine attributed deaths.
FTA: “The data do not reveal any novel safety concerns or risks requiring label changes and support a favorable benefit risk profile of to the BNT162b2 vaccine.”
Translation: We're pretending the data is meaningless and we want everyone else to pretend with us.
