One of: • An undisclosed number of “2 billion dollar lawsuits”, but at LEAST two • 2 billion-dollar lawsuits • 2-billion DOLLAR lawsuits

Fortunately or unfortunately, it’s probably as the other reply mentions: “2 billion dollars (IN) lawsuits”.

Shame.. I’d like to see “2-billion DOLLAR lawsuits” argued through the court system.
