The equilateral triangle is a symbol common to trinitarian paganism. Nearly all pagan beliefs (Egyptian, Roman, Babylonian, Phoenician, Theban, Norse, Shintao, Buddhism, etc ) use a trinity, triad, or other 3 part belief system (Buddhism for the last). The triangle symbol is central to all the pagan systems that originated in the middle eastern areas and spread through Rome and beyond.
Orgies and child sacrifice were a major feature of paganism.
So is it blasphemy against the Holy Trinity?
No. The Christian trinity doctrine is what comes of banging paganism into early Christianity. See the Catholic church.
The trinity is false doctrine. There are not three entities. There are only two. There is the Father and the Son.
God is a spirit, has a spirit, just as we do. Holy Spirit is effectively a title for God.
There is the Father, Creator of all, and the Son by whom the Father created all things and through whom the Father redeemed the sins of mankind with the only perfect sacrifice.
The Holy Spirit is not a third person or third entity. It is the spirit of the Father that is one with the Spirit of the Son and that makes us one with the Father and the Son when we accept Christ is our savior.
