After searching (on search engines), I found some pages claiming that the story of the anti-vaccine suicide letter was just a rumor.
I am not saying this story may not be true, but the way it was shared here (and without a source) makes me think it was just shared to make people look foolish (when they share without researching).
I would ask you to please, when you share something like this again, to share the link to the article.
This article appears to be intellectually dishonest.
I searched for it and found this:

The author of this article on that link makes the claim that there was a suicide note.
However, that article then links one from Bild, which has no mention of suicide note:
