These are the same folks that did the EAVS Report to Congress from the EAC (Elections Assistance Commission) for the 2020 Election.

Yeah, well. Their name stuck with me when the reported on page 1 of their report to Congress that the voting totals from mail-in + early in person + in person on election day totalled up to 104% ( but only if you did the math yourself.). Made me wanna dig further into them a bit.
