Yeah notice how much of a pussy he is in his letter. “We arent making any accusations of fraud no we would never do that... just do your best to explain these items... come on you can do it i know you have a reasonable explanation for this confusion right right wink wink..?” Anyway thats the tone i got. Felt like he is backed into a corner by the data/audit and has to appear neutral
