If so, which? I would like to purchase a bunch of the cheaper crypto so that if/when it rises in value I may get something out of it. Anyone know a good one to invest in?

I wouldn't. It's fun to ride the wave for now but once the power grid goes out the last thing that is gonna save you is cloud money. I'd say gold and silver. Those will at least freeze your assets and hold value. You can even barter with them. Good luck doing that with crypto.
