My wife is Ukrainian and her mom talked to her this evening and said it is getting real bad close to all the ports. Ironically it only started to get bad after Obama was president, everything slowed down during Trump and started again with Biden. Any thoughts?

What do you mean by "bad?" More traffic is bad, less business is bad, or just general crime in the ports area?
