When a person says some dumb shit like this you have to hold them accountable.

What new system for justice does Kaepernick have in mind? Specifically.

What does he think would work better than a trial before a set of peers?

Is he thinking maybe guilt or innocence should be determined by a twitter poll?

Or should journalists get to decide the fate of the accused?

What system is he envisioning?
