I'm not so sure you'll know who it will be, but you'll definitely know they aren't white.

My first thought on this one was muslim. It is what they were doing in Britain.

Apparently Laura Loomer is reporting that the suspect is in fact part of a black supremacist islamic group called the 5 percenters.
