• Pharma companies do multiple things: keep the population sick, hide cures BUT also develops drugs via the CIA to help with mind control experiments, ie MKUltra (and many other black budget experiments).
• To 'trigger' an MK target, cell phones are used & trigger via sounds, texts, phone call, etc..
• The phones effectively control the MK 'targets' and 'unlock' the target's ability to be controlled subconsciously.
• As for the car incident, control the person -> control the car.
• Think about how 5G plays into this:

1. Google/Apple + CIA -> 5G -> Cell Phones
2. CIA/Pharma + Cell Phones -> MKUltra

• Many MKUltra'd targets do not know they are under any type of mind control. They are completely unaware when they "wake up" and it's as though they have awaken from a trance afterward. It becomes an organic level of control that goes far beyond any type of computer technology, implant, vehicle control technology.... it's effectively control of the mind without the target ever knowing and you can get them to do things they normally will never do.
• The best thing... these MK targets have no alibi or even really know who is responsible. They are the perfect 'hitman'... they leave no trail because they honestly do not know.
• Apply ALL of this to mass shooters.

Now break this down:

• "Target?" == MKUltra target.

• Each shooter has a psychiatrist/therapist who can prescribe drugs. Remember, that these 'targets' already have mental issues where they are taken advantage of by the therapist and these therapists prescribed drugs to these targets in order to expedite the transformation/control process of the targets. These 'therapists' work for the CIA.

• How do you think human (child) trafficking plays into this? Many of these 'shooters' or 'targets' come from broken homes, severe psychological issues due to being trafficked/abused, etc.. They are effectively 'groomed' to be a 'target'. Older 'targets' are already severely fucked up. Either ex-prisoners or people with severe mental issues.

• FBI certainly does know this and are full aware of 'spooks'. It's how they are able to cover up the investigation or pretend that they're investigating.

• Many of these 'targets' are difficult to find because there is no paper trail and no documentation (unclassified).

• The reason why MKUltra was "stopped" is because it was simply renamed and bloomed into something bigger. The CIA will say they 'ended' MKUltra... which is "true"... but it's simply because they moved it to another program by "ending" MKUltra.
