is it possible this version of the story boosts Kyle's chances of greater financial awards in any defamation lawsuits and that's why he's telling this horror story of being stuck in jail? perhaps it's because of this that his attorneys and/or handlers are instructing him to get this narrative out there. just a thought. wouldn't be the first time a past lawyer was attempted to be used for benefit of the client...anyone deeply familiar with the Steven Avery case may remember one of his appeals where his attorneys claimed Avery's former attorneys were incompetent and the former attorneys were fine with that strategy (the former attorneys were not incompetent either, they were Dean Strang and Jerry Buting)
