Have a look at the very beginning of the video. It has the woman's name and writing asking Lambie to help these Aboriginals.

Yvette Anne: "Senator Jacqui Lambie, your people are being murdered,will you stand for this."

Jacqui claims to be part Aboriginal. That poor woman thinks Jacqui might be able to intervene on behalf of these Aboriginals.
