No. Just watched his interview with President Trump and he seemed cool, calm, collected & organized.
Also coming from someone with bipolar II with rapid cycling mixed mania. (Difficult to explain), I know what it’s like to be disorganized and all over the map as well as getting accused of being on drugs when you aren’t (Not so bad now). But remembering how I used to get during mania spells, I can relate to him. I never took drugs, but got like that and ADD and ADHD folks get like that too, so not necessarily drug related.
