We are not guessing.

He can arrest the WEC and nursing home staff. Why hasn’t he already? He can wait on the DA to not prosecute. None of it matters. Until he goes after Zuckerberg, Chan, CTCL, Knight Foundation, the mayors of the “Famous Wisconsin Five” and the others involved, this will never change anything other than the pawns who are paid to push the buttons.
