Needs to be citizen investigations of jails and prisons: i don’t care if your guilty. Running water, working toilets, no rats, decent food, showers (at least twice a week), protection from violent inmates are basics demanded. Then add GED, learning a trade or making products to be sold in the U.S., basic exercise.
