This. You have to be registered, stay in good standing to remain registered, do exams or courses to stay up to date etc. The groupthink is strong. The student debt (US is worse than us) & (in my country) long working hours mean doctors don’t take time to research or go go against the flow even if they start to notice things are wrong…
