That's disgusting. If military members have consistently been residing in these dwellings, then here are my questions:
What happened to cleaning responsibilities? And inspections? When I was in the military, if one pubic hair was found in the bathroom, a mirror found with the slightest smudge, or even a ghost turd found under the bed, those were punishable offenses with liberty restrictions.
If these quarters have not been used, then why hasn't the base kept the quarters up to military standards? Looks like CDS would eliminate all the mold very quickly.
