He was out on bail because of these 4. Then he went and drove through the parade. This is misleading, he is not out.

From USA 2day article, 9pm on the 24th

Bail for Brooks set at $5 million

As of Nov. 24, Brooks remained in custody at the Waukesha County Jail. He was not released on $1,000 bail, as the post claims.
