I believe it Fren! In the post I made about my 83 year-old dad I talked about how I was around full blown covid almost constantly. I took the same protocol you mentioned (assuming you included quercetin with the zinc). Several evenings it felt like covid was trying to get me. I made sure to take my full evening doses. Every time the next morning no symptoms whatsoever!
