In addition to Vit C, Vit D, Zinc and Quercitin I’ve been taking prophylactic Ivermectin once weekly.

Haven’t had anything as much as a sniffle since starting this regimen . I’ve always had at least a couple of bouts of upper respiratory infections every year.

Clearly the miracle drug it is!
