When my crappy retail job started asking back in May I told them I don't share my medical information. They accepted that. But............ promptly shortened my already short hours, attempted to change my shift, and left me, a senior citizen (almost) alone to do work requiring heavy lifting.... so I quit a few months later. All of those so quick to say don't quit - make them fire you, you often don't know what you are talking about. That particular crappy job wasn't worth the harrassment.
Working a crappy part-time job is not worth harassment for sure. But if you've been working for a company, full-time, for the past 10+ years, then make them fire you.
