Can the graphene oxide "shed" to others?

For anyone vaxxed, pr shed upon (if that is a thing), does NAC break down the graphene oxide?

For the second question, I had heard this... just never saw anything definitive.

I think it’s also to more accurately attenuate the vaxxed like an antenna to make more compliant with pulsed frequencies.
