I read both. The actual report concludes that it is all fine. I noticed that: the actual dates at which the clinical trials are over is far in the future; their test populations are rather small considering the proposed target population; Pfizer has manufacturing sites in Ireland and Belgium, both places must be getting quite an economic boost.

At least they are admitting there was a control group given saline. Now how big all of these control groups outside of this study are is still TBD.
