Bad situation, We do not know the prior history between these guys. Does the dead guy have a violent past? Has he been violent towards the smaller guy, or the wife? In the video he tried to take shooters gun, assaulted him physically by tossing him across the yard. To me it's self defense, but shouldn't have been. I can totally see a manslaughter thrown on this. The bringing the rifle out that soon was a bit too much, and escalated the situation.
