I think it's all over Google search.. basically the cpap machine produces a foam and it gets inhaled in to the body.

The Phillips machines have a foam used to dampen the sound. That foam breaks down as it ages and is breathed into the lungs causing health problems and cancers. This issue is supposedly only with the Phillips machines because of the type foam they used.
