The guy is traumatized by fear and he feels superior for it. He's afraid of people, the air, and especially the unmasked, including little girls. It's due to covid propaganda from our media and government that wants everyone scared like this.

Yes, and…he has ZERO reason to photograph the guy’s daughter. His fear is his excuse and he hides behind his mask(s). There’s more of these freaks than most know.
