Pulitzer, per Byrne's phonecall with Wood, was revealed to have a chronic issue with a form of constant complaint known as "Kvetching."
See, Pulitzer enjoys kvetching. But because of his kvetching, problems pop up where they do not exist. This delays action.
I TOO, Kvetch. It is in my blood. But the deal is, I recognize when my kvetching, is wrong.
One of the many things I Kvetched about: CodeMonkeyZ. Ron Watkins. He attacked Pulitzer in the past - said he was purposefully delaying the Audit, in the days prior to its release.
Turns out? That was true.
All of Jovan's kvetching was hindering progress on solving election fraud. Because people needed him, he bought more time, which meant more money.

To be perfectly honest, I couldn’t understand a word anybody was saying on that phone. It was a very poor representation of trying to communicate to anybody about anything. If they had subtitles, that would’ve really helped. That’s what project veritas does. Also you could’ve just use the word complain!
