I got into a bit of a fight on Telegram the other day when someone "doomed" Mike Lindell's filing - said it wouldn't get anywhere. I had just read it and was cheering like I was at the World Series all over again!
I realized... it's not just for the court -- it's an incredible read - power-packed and very, very highly intellectually written (not knocking Mike, but a collection of seasoned Constitutional scholars wrote this)
It's something worth printing off, putting in a binder, and tabbing where to find the data on each state - AZ, PA, GA, WI, and MI -- when you look at it as it is meant to be looked at -- it's a whole lot of stuff in one place -- it's what our sheep need. It has figures, hard data, citations to court cases, and many historic reference points.
It's the collection of everything in one place - the "proof" that everyone has been demanding all this time.
To date. there are zero AGs on board. That is why the lawsuit wasn't filed before Thanksgiving as Lindell promised.
The lawsuit has no plantiff.
To date you dont know. That info is being kept. Hes specifically said he will not let on to whos on board. Also the time of filing is a target, not set in stone date.
As of Wednesday, Nov. 24th, I know.
Are you not up to speed on this current event?
"We will have this before the Supreme Court before Thanksgiving," Lindell promised in September during an episode of former Trump administration official Steve Bannon's War Room podcast. "That's my promise to the people of this country."
Lindell did not file with SCOTUS before Thanksgiving as promised. He had no AGs that were willing to sign on to the lawsuit.
He promised that he would file and that he had +20 AGs on board. Now, he has no plantiff.
The copy of the lawsuit that Lindell uploaded listed the following plantiff:
“Plaintiff is the State of [insert Your State], which is a sovereign State of the United States,”
Via his Twitter account, Lindell went further and predicted that the SCOTUS would decide 9-0 that the 2020 Election was stolen from Trump. What happened?
He excused his inability to file the lawsuit, as promised, on the RNC (That pesky ole all-powerul DS is always figuring out how to block the "good guys" best punches. Hmmmm...):
Lindell claimed this week that the Republican National Committee (RNC) has been working to block his lawsuit from moving forward. During a Monday live stream on his website Frank Speech, the My Pillow founder took aim at RNC chair Ronna McDaniel and the GOP.
"We believe that they [the RNC] have reached out to multiple [attorneys general] and put pressure on them, not to sign the Supreme Court complaint," Lindell said.
Ah, yes...Ronna putting pressure on AGs and thwarting The Plan (Why does it always seem so easy?)
Any proof of this believed, alleged pressuring effort, Mr. Lindell?
On Nov. 24th, He also said he was flying to "five different states" to get attorneys general to sign the document.
What happened to the +20 AGs?
What was the outcome of his flights to the five states?

Oh I see why you post this trash. You're reading newsweek and business insider. All their articles have things like "baseless claims of voter fraud." I dont trust anything you say.
Forget what I say. Remember what Lindell promised.
Via this Bannon interview, see for yourself that he failed to file with SCOTUS before Thanksgiving and see for yourself his lame excuses, which left Bannon somewhat mystified:

On Tuesday, Lindell told Steve Bannon that while state attorney generals claimed they would cosign the lawsuit, no filing had been made as of Tuesday afternoon.
Lindell: “It is kind of like herding cats. You have different ones at different levels. I do have some — a couple — which I don’t want to announce right now that said straight-up we’re not going to do it.”
Did Lindell not say what the trash sources stated that he said?
Did he file with SCOTUS before Thanksgiving?
Did Lindell even have a plantiff before Thanksgiving?
Use any source you want. The answers will be the same.
Along with Bannon, Lindell himself, and several sources, will you buy it from the Washington Examiner?
Or, is that just trash too?
Lindell blamed the Republican National Committee for missing his goal of getting the Supreme Court to take up the case before Thanksgiving.
“We believe that they have reached out to multiple [attorneys general] and put pressure on them, not to sign the Supreme Court complaint,” he claimed on Monday. He also questioned why, days ago, RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel acknowledged President Joe Biden won the 2020 contest.
For months, the mustachioed businessman has pushed the notion that former President Donald Trump will be reinstated, though he has consistently pushed back the date by which he expected that would happen.

Remember when you cheered on Barr, the B2 Bomber?
He also said that he had PCAPs and terabytes of proof documenting that China had hacked the 2020 election.
After Lindell's cyber symposium, his own cyber expert stated that there was no evidence presented that proved that China hacked the election.
Dates and promises seem to come and go pretty easily with Lindell.
