I am too. And if you can fill me in on how to only sleep 4 hours per night and not wake up feeling like death and unable to think clearly... please fill me in on that too because that would be great!
Interesting. I will say that a handful of months ago when I had a week trip to Hawaii that I was sleeping 10x better and waking up feeling more refreshed than I ever have in my life. I have always struggled in the mornings to wake up as I never feel refreshed. I always wake up feeling dazed, numb, and confused. I also find myself tired throughout the day and wanting to nap. But for whatever reason in Hawaii I was waking up feeling pretty good and had energy throughout the day. The only thing I could think of was that I was getting A LOT more sun exposure.
But I've also wondered if a light case of sleep apnea could be the cause as well..
Possibly the environment and sun exposure but I’m referring to the practice of sun gazing or “eating”, which involves staring directly at the sun when it’s near the horizon.
What does sleep have to do with it? I’m genuinely curious

I have a feeling it has to do with sun/retinal exposure and the pineal gland.

Something I've been meaning to try but haven't yet:
Unplug wireless router before going to bed. Leave cell phones turned off in another room. Unplug any electronics except for lamps in the bedroom.
