I think a lot of these officers and enlisted being removed for cause are actually being moved into the operational command supporting Q operations.

I also think certain Special Forces service members (all branches / highly vetted) that have "died" (Seals in diving accidents, one Seal HALO qualified in a sky diving accident) over the last few years are really alive and constitute black operators - death provides absolute freedom of operation and maximizes safety for family members.
