I've heard rumors that Jack was CEO only in name; he was more or less a figurehead with little power while the rest of the executives were enforcing all the techno-fascism (does not excuse Dorsey one bit, mind you).
Whose to say the new CEO, this Agrawal guy, wasn't already pulling the strings to begin with, and is just now formally taking the title of CEO from Dorsey?
