Supposedly Elliot Management and Silverlake partners non-interference clause expired last month..

Two large Private Equity/ activist investor Groups that bought large stakes (and obtained board seats) several years ago...They had a clause in their buy-in that prevented them from typical "activist investor" actions for an initial period.. Elliott Management in particular tends to get involved in management decisions and controls the direction of the company.. Search: "Elliott Management, Activist investor" and you will find some good examples...
