A step in the right direction.
A federal district judge (this is the lowest court level, and it will be appealed) has issued an injuction (a halt) to FJB's vaccine mandate related to Medicare and Medicade, and heatlh care workers and contractors.
It applies to Missouri, Nebraska, Arkansas, Kansas, Iowa, Wyoming, Alaska, South Dakota, North Dakota, and New Hampshire (because these are the only states with AG's who had the balls to file a lawsuit to stop it).

CMS lacks evidence showing that vaccination status has a direct impact on spreading COVID in the mandate’s covered healthcare facilities.
BOOM!
This is the heart of the matter. The whole thing is based on lies and fraud, and the judge agrees.
In general, the overwhelming lack of evidence likely shows CMS had insufficient evidence to mandate vaccination on the wide range of facilities that it did.
BOOM, again!
As I have been saying, THIS is the issue. It is ALL based on fraud. THAT is the legal issue that should be used to refuse.
I agree, many overlook the most important aspect. Any mandates by any organization, private or public, cannot coerce, force or bribe someone to take an experimental drug. This is part of the Nuremburg code that all countries are supposed to honor and it's also unConstitutional too mandate an unapproved drug. There has been absolutely zero informed consent so all and every person or organization that gave these lethal injections are on the hook for the liability no matter what the recipient signed
