A step in the right direction.
A federal district judge (this is the lowest court level, and it will be appealed) has issued an injuction (a halt) to FJB's vaccine mandate related to Medicare and Medicade, and heatlh care workers and contractors.
It applies to Missouri, Nebraska, Arkansas, Kansas, Iowa, Wyoming, Alaska, South Dakota, North Dakota, and New Hampshire (because these are the only states with AG's who had the balls to file a lawsuit to stop it).

CMS lacks evidence showing that vaccination status has a direct impact on spreading COVID in the mandate’s covered healthcare facilities.
BOOM!
This is the heart of the matter. The whole thing is based on lies and fraud, and the judge agrees.
In general, the overwhelming lack of evidence likely shows CMS had insufficient evidence to mandate vaccination on the wide range of facilities that it did.
BOOM, again!
As I have been saying, THIS is the issue. It is ALL based on fraud. THAT is the legal issue that should be used to refuse.
Even if it wasn't based on fraud coerced segregation is wrong. It should be up to individuals and businesses to handle as they see fit. The government should not be involved. That is the true heart of the matter. Might not be the legal heart, but definitely the moral heart.
Say you only have two legs. Arms gone. Is it discriminating to require a server have arms, even if they can demonstrate an adaptation?
I don’t think it is, it’s like if you can’t move fast, they can require you to get a pair of arms to work.
There’s all sorts of legal precedent on these issues
