I can try. All court proceedings except youth, are public knowledge, but to get the transcripts you must get permission from the plaintiff/defendants or be a true member of the media I think. In Federal Court, it’s up to the judge and/or attorneys to decide if the records can be public, or if the plaintiff/defendants decide. Court records per current laws aren’t just handed out on a cookie sheet haha. Does that help some?
Certain cases I do. Especially ones that affects a large swathe of the public vs politicians and public figures/Stars such as this case. Other horrible criminal cases with extremely violent and gory details, not so much. And I wouldn’t want to hear most business tax cases either haha! They sound boring with just including the word taxes included, unless they’ve reeeeally cheated a person or public out of a bunch of money. But when the government is trying to hush a case, those certainly should be barred from being censored. Because censoring a case from the get-go like this very important Maxwell case, just makes the government that much more obviously guilty of wrong doing! I think it should be the burden on the government especially to the public, to show and prove they’ve done nothing wrong. And if they wouldn’t censor a case such as this, it would possibly give them a little more of the benefit of the doubt. But so far, they appear more deeply guilty than even the proof of Xiden cheating to become President.
