This is filed by a private, human rights activist group called the Indian Bar Association. While it is good they are bringing cases, they are not an official or even quasi-official government entity. They got a lot of attention last spring when they filed a case against an Indian WHO advisor (for discouraging use of ivermectin, thereby causing thousands of deaths) and claimed if convicted, she was subject to the death penalty. But they did not have the legal power to bring that case against her on behalf of the Indian government.
This was brought out in the past week or two on this board. So basically what they are doing is bringing attention to these issues as activists. This is fine, but it is doubtful they have any power to actually prosecute a case against Bill Gates.

You're welcome. I was very excited when the case was filed against the Indian WHO advisor last spring. But a couple weeks ago someone posted, asking what had happened to that case, so I went and looked it up and found out they are an activist group and don't have to power to bring criminal charges against anyone. The name Indian Bar Association makes them sound official, but as you can see from their website, they're an activist law firm that mostly works to raise awareness. So what did happen to that case against the WHO advisor? Also, I do believe that all these private citizens have standing to file under common law, but its not recognised right now. Once the Awakening happens, these cases might end up going forward.

I hope they also go after the Pfizer CEO and those two Israeli CDC bitches because their hand-rubbing has intensifed as they're all working together to encourage parents to kill their children with their deadly vaccines.

Gates paralyzed thousands with his live polio vaccine, though wild polio was pretty much already eradicated, and they sterilized thousands of little girls with the Gaurdasil (HPV) vaccine, without parental consent/ parents who had no idea what they were signing. The creepiest thing about HPV vaccine for young children why they need them? The disgusting answer is that the pedo rapists do not want to contract HBV from the trafficked children they rape. I remember a few years back, when I watched TellAVision that There were constantvads for HPV vaccines for 7 year-olds. What 7 year-old needs a vaccine for an STD? Sexually trafficked ones, to protect the child's rapist.

Nice, have seen similar stories, if it's seeing a court it might have SOME weight behind it (if only in that jurisdiction, but nothing wrong starting small).
