I can't add much from a legal perspective because it is all conjecture. But here are my thoughts.
Nothing about this judge seems above-board. The recent nomination to the Court of Appeals reeks of interference, a quid pro quo. Biden's own creepy interest in young girls jumps off the page here.
Naming several lead prosecutors is indeed confusing, particularly when one or more of them aren't questioning a single witness or even in the courtroom.
Maureen Comey is only 32. That's a very young lawyer. She should not be the lead prosecutor on any consequential case. Yet she was a lead in the Epstein case? And now this one? How did the Epstein case work out, again? That was an obvious cover up. This feels like another one in the works.
The judge has already made a few rulings to keep "salacious" information sealed. This likely means names won't be named. Cover up.
