I thought it was weird that there were no MAGA hats in this photo, so I did a search and this came from a plumbers Union meeting in Minneapolis in 2012.

EDIT: They were not just plumbers, it was city water workers.

I think a bunch of them were actual city water line workers, the article said something about them being mad at a mayor.
