Fact is there is enough develop land that could be cleaned up and rebuilt on! Or let the little guy have it at a fraction

I think the big guys want to have it for a fraction. That's why they don't stop it and why they don't stop the fires when they happen because they burn places out and get the land really cheap.

My cousin had his family home in Paradise California and was burned out in the wildfires. I know they got the beautiful one that he had really cheap .
