The pre-facelift Biden was truly a serial sniffer and child molester and fondled children and women out in the open.

Jon Stewart even did a hilarious bit on it, albeit it was because the establishment wanted Hillary in 2016 and it was meant to quash any competition she may have had from Vice President Biden.
