I don't see how just messing up one plane vs. the other is grounds for any sort of suit unless they explicitly claimed nefarious activities with. There's a lot of legal leeway with broad, general implications. If you want more than that, go to a lawyer, not the internet.

No disrespect from me I was trying to clarify my statement and said nothing demeaning to you but your take here in this last reply makes sense.
Technically I guess it wouldn't even be Trump who they are dragging since they attribute the statement to the pilot
