How do you break encryption that would take a fast computer 50,000 years to crack?
You get 50,000 fast computers and run them for a year. They crunch and they crunch and you toss people a few meme-coins to encourage them help you.
Once you get the actual keys, basically the long 512 bit "password" that defines the encryption, from companies like Bank of America, hacking everybody's bank accounts and cleaning out all the savings of every BoA customer is easy. Remember your passwords on BoA's servers and your connections when you log in are protected with this key. If the key is compromised, even if you did everything perfect, you are still losing everything, because the system itself was completely compromised, and there is NOTHING you can do about.
So all the chips in the world are going to China to supply their government-organized coin-mining operation that is being used to break encryption on US businesses and US government.
They will be tracking your cellphone and who you geofence with. If a known infected passed you in on the street or in a store or somthing, suddenly goons with guns will show up at your home to take you to camp.
So its going to be basically random. There will be no way to comply, or protect yourself. Just every day its going to be a luck draw.

Maybe a few Israelis have gotten the clue that all their vaccinating is setting them up for a real cull from ADE or anything that can overcome their weakened immune systems.
